At least 314 cases concerning the cancellation of fines from military enlistment offices were found by the Babusia court register search engine by the beginning of October, five months after the new rules on violations of military registration were implemented. The number of cases increases each month. In most cases, the courts cancel the fines.
At least 314 cases challenging fines from military enlistment offices have been reviewed by Ukrainian courts between June and October of this year, following the introduction of new rules and fines for violating military registration requirements.
The number of such cases has been increasing each month: while there were only 10 cases in June, by September, the number of appeals reached 148. As of the beginning of October, 34 cases have already been reviewed.
