32 Companies Excluded from the Register of Large Taxpayers
For the second year in a row, ATB-MARKET ranks first in the register in terms of revenue.

As of 2022, 290 companies have dropped off the Register of Large Taxpayers (RLT). However, 258 new companies have been added—thus, the Register has decreased by 32 companies.
The largest decrease is seen in wholesale businesses (-10). Most added companies engaged in energy (+18) and agricultural businesses (+7).
According to the Tax Code of Ukraine, a large taxpayer today is a company with an annual income of more than EUR 50 million or a total amount of annual assignment to the state budget of more than EUR 1.5 million.

The 2022 Register of Large Taxpayers mostly includes the companies operating in the gas production and metallurgical industry, energy, and agriculture sector. At the same time, there are retail chains in the Top 100, e.g., ATB-MARKET LLC for the second year in a row ranks first in the register in terms of revenue. Also, the leading 100 includes SILPO-FOOD LLC, AUCHAN UKRAINE HYPERMARKET LLC, SС CC ROSHEN, FORA LLC, and other renowned operators of the FMCG market.
Based on the information provided by the STS, 60% of all Ukrainian state budget revenues account for the large taxpayers.
