«Despite energy, logistics, and staffing challenges, throughout 2025 we provided patients with free laboratory tests at our own expense as part of our social initiative, based on a list approved by the company, regardless of patients’ age or social status. In wartime conditions, maintaining health is important for every Ukrainian. The total value of these tests exceeded UAH 70 million. We launched this program in 2024 and plan to continue it. An important part of our work remains responsibility to the state — we diligently pay taxes and consistently support volunteer initiatives and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Customer trust, a professional team, and ongoing investments in modern technologies and high-quality laboratory diagnostics allow us to remain resilient even in challenging times»,
— commented Olena Semenova, co-founder of Smartlab.
The CSD LAB (Si Es Di Lab) network of medical laboratories moved up to fifth place, increasing its revenue by 35% to UAH 1.16 billion. At the same time, its profit decreased fourfold to UAH 11.36 million.
«We are building CSD Lab on accuracy and quality, with a strong focus on team professionalism and a scientific approach. We adapted our processes to blackouts, restructured logistics, and invested in autonomy and operational continuity.
At the same time, since the start of the full-scale war, as part of our support initiative for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, we have conducted more than 224.5 thousand free tests for military personnel, with total assistance exceeding UAH 55.1 million. This year, we are launching a fully automated Roche Diagnostics line, which will allow us to reach a new level of speed and accuracy in laboratory testing.
In parallel, we are developing educational programs and internships to train a new generation of pathologists and molecular geneticists. Our specialists publish more than 20 scientific papers in international journals each year, and we see this as a contribution to the global development of medicine»
