Every 8th Polish-owned company in Ukraine generated over UAH 100 million in revenue

More than 1.1 thousand companies with Polish owners that submitted financial statements are currently registered in Ukraine, according to the Unified State Register. The largest Polish-owned companies in Ukraine generated UAH 123.01 billion in revenue in 2025. This is 20% higher than in 2024. At the same time, every eighth such company generates more than UAH 100 million in revenue. The leader is LPP Ukraine, which manages clothing brands such as Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay.
A total of 1,197 companies with Polish beneficial owners that submitted financial statements for 2025 are registered in Ukraine. At the same time, every eighth Polish-owned company — 146 in total — generated revenue exceeding UAH 100 million. Their combined revenue reached UAH 123.01 billion last year, which is 20% higher than in 2024.
Retail dominates among the largest Polish companies in Ukraine. The leader is LPP Ukraine, which operates well-known clothing brands such as Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay. Its revenue reached nearly UAH 17 billion. It is followed by Radekhivskyi Tsukor, with over UAH 10 billion in revenue.

The list of leaders also includes the furniture manufacturer Modern-Expo and the auto parts distributor Inter Cars Ukraine — which, notably, became the only company with Polish beneficiaries included in the 2026 Opendatabot Index.
At the same time, some companies managed to achieve record revenue growth. For example, Elgard, operating in the electricity generation sector, increased its revenue 38 times — from UAH 2.7 million in 2024 to UAH 104.3 million in 2025. Significant growth was also shown by SMP, a company engaged in meat product trade, which grew 8 times to UAH 103.7 million in revenue, and Kliko Ukraine, operating in computer trade, which increased its revenue 6.5 times to UAH 222.2 million.
Nearly one-third of businesses with Polish owners and revenue above UAH 100 million are registered in Kyiv — 46 companies, with another 16 located in the Kyiv region. The Lviv region follows with 37 companies, then Volyn (11) and the Dnipropetrovsk region (6).
More than one-third of Polish-owned companies with revenue above UAH 100 million operate in wholesale trade — 54 businesses. This is followed by agriculture (8), food services (7), and both IT and metal manufacturing, with 5 companies in each sector.
