According to the State Judicial Administration, almost 68,000 lawsuits were submitted in the first 10 months of 2024. The most frequent plaintiffs include Universal Bank (monobank), A-Bank, and PrivatBank.

During the ongoing war, the number of lawsuits filed by banks against debtors has fluctuated. Before 2021, the number gradually increased, reaching 85,000 cases annually. However, after the full-scale invasion began, this figure nearly halved.

The peak of lawsuits occurred in 2023, with banks filing over 91,000 cases, exceeding even pre-invasion levels. As of the first 10 months of 2024, banks have submitted 67,900 lawsuits against debtors.
